Within this complete program you will find the key information and resources that you will need for sustainable and effective lean mass gain. Apply this and stay consistent to it and you will achieve great results.

This program includes nutrition plan and fitness program. A meal plan, with 12 recipes and colorful images of each recipe, grocery list and nutritional information that can be put into myfitnesspal. A training program with progressive strength and cardio workouts to help you gain lean muscle.

You don’t need to eat every meal suggested on this plan, it’s simply a template to guide your daily decisions and choices.
What we will do:
1) Calculate your personalized calorie and macro intake.
2) Aim to be within 5% of your recommended macro breakdown and calorie intake daily.
3) Use a food tracker such as MyFitnessPal to record and track accurately

Fitness program:

Your training program has been created to optimize muscle building and strength. It is simple yet highly effective, and it’s recommended that you stick to it as closely as possible. Its a 6 day workout program, 4x/wk strength training with 1 day core workout that can be added to the low intensity workout days. 1 rest day/week.
