30-Day At Home Workout Challenge


Try this 30 day at home workout challenge, no equipment required.

All you need is a water bottle, towel and mat.

The program set up:

3 exercises for 10 reps or 10 seconds day 1-9,

4 exercises 15 reps or 15 seconds day 10-20

5 exercises 20 reps or 20 seconds day 21-30

Once you feel ready, you can add weights to some of the exercises to make it more challenging.

Diagrams are included for each exercise, with a tracking sheet to monitor your progress.
